Powerfully structured, this wine shows a crisp, character and a refreshing floral aroma well-balanced by toasty smoke and vanilla notes, and a long complex finish that emerges with ageing. A remarkably versatile wine anda perennial white wine favourite. Chardonnay's complexity is fully realised when aged.

The Chardonnay wine kit comes with everything you need to make 23L (which will result in approx. 30x 750ml bottles) of finished wine. This kit includes:
- Juice /grape Concentrate (7.5L)
- Yeast
- Stabilizers
- Clarifying Agents
- Oak (only if the style calls for it)
- Full Set of Instructions
This is a 7.5 litre kit which will allow you to make 30 bottles of wine in 4 weeks. Bottles not included.
