Licorice Root 100gm

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is excellent for Porters, Stouts and Dark Ales. It imparts a very characteristic flavour and is surpisingly sweet, and will also improve head retention.

Use a full packet for each 20 Litres, depending on personal taste or the amount your recipe calls for.
