Extramalt® dry malt extract  is a premium brewing malt made from natural, vacuum-dried, European barley malt. 

It is an excellent base malt for all styles of beer

It is GMO free origin product made  from EUROPEAN malted BARLEY Guaranteed according to EU-Regulatives and Swiss Food legislation. 

 Thanks to the lower temperatures associated with vacuum drying, the heat-sensitive constituents are largely retained.

It is more stable than liquid malt extract, making it an indispensable brewing ingredient you should always have on hand.

Being more stable, it retains a positive light colour balance without darkening with age.
