This unit has a food grade, stainless steel probe on a 1 meter cable connecting it to the main unit. The probe clips to the side of the unit and can be detached.

The unit has 2 setable ALARMS for under or over temperature with Beeper and also has an inbuilt timer function, making this unit ideal for all food use.

CAN BE USED AS A REFRIGERATION FAILURE ALARM... Very accurate and easy to use.
