Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) is a source of nitrogen used to stimulate yeast growth. It is a useful addition to yeast starters and wines lacking in natural nutrients. Use up to 1-5 grams per 5 litres.
For more complex nutrients. or where high alcohol tolerance is required for the yeast, consider Go Ferm Protect and Fermaid yeast nutrients
